  • How do I open an account with Endeavour Foods?
    Please call the office on (08) 9435 3777 and speak to one of our friendly staff who will assist you with this process.
  • How can I access your current product list?
    Please use our Contact Us page to send in your enquiry, or you can ring the office on (08) 9435 3777 and one of our friendly team members can send you a copy.
  • What are your Head Office opening hours?
    We're open Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm. We're closed on Public Holidays.
  • What areas do you deliver to?
    We deliver all around Western Australia, as far north as Wyndham and as far south as Esperance.
  • What days do you deliver?
    We deliver to the Perth metro area 5 days a week (Monday - Friday). If you're not located within the Perth Metro area, please contact us for our delivery schedules to all other areas.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    If you're situated in the Perth Metro area you can expect your order to arrive the following day provided your order is placed before 4pm. If you're outside of the Perth Metro area please contact us for a delivery schedule. Home delivery orders can expect their order delivered within two business days.
  • If I need an urgent order can I pick it up?
    If you're an account holder at Endeavour Foods, yes, this can be arranged provided we receive a minimum of 2 hours notice. Please contact the office or your Account Manager during business hours to organise a pickup. Pickups are not currently available for home delivery customers.
  • Do you have a retail outlet?
    We do not currently have a retail outlet, but you can order seafood and other items through our Home Deliveries page.
  • How do I place an order?
    Account holders can place an order by phone (08) 9435 3777, email foods@efoods.com.au or by contacting their account manager. Home delivery customers can order through our online shop.
  • Do you have online ordering?
    Yes, for home delivery customers! Online ordering is not available for account holders. You can place your order by emailing foods@efoods.com.au or by contacting your Account Manager.
  • Where can I find pricing on products?
    At Endeavour Foods, we are all about creating partnerships and providing you with the best quality products to suit your needs. If you're looking for a product, let us know and we can provide you the with information and a price quote.
  • Who do I contact regarding a product query?
    Please contact the office on (08) 9435 3777, or via email to foods@efoods.com.au, and we will put you through to the best person who can provide you with the information you're looking for.
  • How do I hear about the latest promotions and deals?
    We constantly have great deals available! If you're interested to find out about current promotions, please let us know and we can run you through them. Alternatively we can subscribe you to our email lists which means you’ll never miss one!
  • How do I apply for a job at Endeavour Foods?
