Based in Perth, Western Australia, we are an independent and wholly WA-owned and operated seafood processor, and seafood and foodservice supplier.
We have been sourcing and distributing the highest quality, fresh and frozen, seafood and food produce throughout Western Australia since 2001.
Our passion for quality, consistency, and service has been at the forefront of everything we do - helping us to become one of the leading wholesalers of Australian, and international, foodservice products in WA.
In Australia, we have some of the best produce in the world. Our aim is to make this produce readily accessible to you.
We have been supporting local producers since the beginning, and we are avid supporters of sustainable, Australian produce - taking an active role in championing these excellent products.

Our Story
Established in 2001, Endeavour Foods is an award-winning wholesale seafood and foodservice supplier, located in Hamilton Hill, WA.
Founder and Managing Director, John Sharland, has a passion for high quality produce and customer service. John started working on fishing boats in the UK at the early age of 17 and this is where his love for seafood began.
After moving to Australia and gaining many more years experience, this time in Perth, John decided to take the leap and start his own business, Endeavour Foods.
Starting in a small warehouse in North Fremantle, the initial team was lean (consisting of just five people!). By focusing on excellent customer service, 99% of our business has been generated from word-of-mouth referrals.
We now employ over sixty people, operate two warehouses, and have a full fleet of temperature-controlled vehicles. We have expanded to become one of the market leaders in our field, and one of the few who remain proudly West Australian owned and operated.

The WA Seafood Industry Awards recognise excellence in WA’s vibrant seafood industry, highlight the contribution to WA’s economy and showcase the innovation, excellence in product and substantial contribution towards a positive public profile for the seafood industry.
In 2014 we won WA's Best Food Supplier & Service Provider Award (Metro)
and in 2021 & 2023 we won the WA Best Restaurant Supplier Awards.
The AHA Hospitality Supplier Awards, held every year, recognise excellence in product and service delivery across WA’s hospitality industry.
Hospitality and seafood are both very important to us, and we are continue to work towards a positive future for these two industries.

Endeavour Foods are proud to be food safety accredited, with HACCP certification first achieved in 2008 and maintained every year since!
Our HACCP certification ensures;
✔ Continual measure and recording of produce temperatures throughout the cold chain
✔ Climate controlled fresh seafood handling areas that keeps fresh produce temperatures within food safety guidelines
✔ A large fleet of temperature controlled trucks that keeps produce within food safety guidelines prior to delivery
✔ Designated handling and storage areas for different seafood
✔ Only receiving produce from food safety accredited suppliers
✔ Annual audit at warehouse and fresh fish factory to ensure compliance
✔ In-house and online training for our employees
✔ Ensuring storage areas comply with HACCP regulations
